I started a new ML with Wigan, thought i'd do their style of getting random promising foreign players in, doing alright so far.
Was losing 2-1 away to Sunderland, was a bit peeved! Wanna keep close to finishing in Europa, CL if I can. Scored 3 goals in the last 10 mins, dont happen often.

AI does get tough near the end of games if they are losing, I just do my best to cover and bring players back to help rather than sticking my foot in.
If I get the ball around the 85th min I just play keep ball

Starting a PES 6 ML because the PS3 is in the living room. Who should I be? I'm thinking just go with Arsenal and try to make the team we should've had, but a La Liga team could also be good, perhaps Depor?

I'm being Depor in a league consisting of mostly Spanish teams, plus the three big Portuguese ones. I'm probably the weakest in D1 so will have to try and stay up first of all. Luckily I have the benefit of knowing what players turn into world beaters by 2013 and this game is 2006

I'm not particularly a fan. I would pick Barca or Valencia or Zaragoza or Villarreal but I want more of a challenge. Plus if I fook it up I can annoy him.

Benfica away in the first match got a young Arbeloa at RB, plus other future stars such as Coloccini and Capdevila.

Really poor in a 1-0 loss to Sporting Lisbon, but improved to get a 2-2 draw at Porto. Tristan and Gallardo with the first goals of the season for us, but they got a late equaliser.

1-1 draw with Sevilla. Can tell I've not played for a while, Valeron with a shocking early miss before some poor keeping allows Poulsen to score for them. Valeron makes up for his error with the equaliser and we could've won it.

Keep improving but still can't find the win. Far more chances for me against Zaragoza, Cesar Sanchez made some blinding saves for them. Duscher with a composed finish to open the scoring, but Aouate couldn't keep out Sergio Garcia's header.

Professional. It's definitely the right setting and I am one of the worst teams in the league, just need to adjust to the shooting.

Lost 1-0 to Villarreal. Pires scored for them but Diego Tristan had a shot saved, hit the post with a penalty, fired just over from outside the box and Riki's shot from an angle was tipped onto the bar by the keeper

Depor vs. Bilbao. I was comfortably better, the first half didn't see many chances, with Estoyanoff firing wide after good work. Second half exploded though, with Estoyanoff's great chip just kept out by the keeper. Valeron came off the bench and poked home the opening goal, before putting a 1-on-1 just wide. Bodipo found himself 1-on-1 but dinked a shot just wide. Bilbao barely threatened, but got corner and after a crazy scramble Urzaiz scored. Looked like it would be two points dropped but we kept going and with the final chance of the game Gallardo cut it back for Bodipo to grab a dramatic late winner. If that'd been FIFA 13 I would've been píssed off with conceding from that corner but I felt like it was good work from Bilbao to score with one of their few chances and some of those misses were the sort of luck a team in the bottom half will get. First win of the season
