IOAG, I'll talk some 'seriousness' with you mate.
As a neutral, after Suarez's incidents that he has caused since joining England, I'd say he is worth £25M max now, even with his goal record. I wouldn't sign him as a manager personally but teams like Juventus, Bayern Munich might in another division but it all depends how they evaluate him and what he has done and whether that can change.
But Liverpool would need at least another £20M from somewhere to sign Falcao for cash, question remains, where will the implant of money come from?
If Suarez was available for transfer today and priced at 45mil I know a few clubs that would take him, including these self righteous chelsea, Manu united, city fans.
The fact that bit another player doesn't change the fact that he's the best player in the league.

Fasheezy, I think it's his inability to control himself and his common sense that is the problem sometimes IMO, other times it is just stupidity that costs him.

And btw, Suarez is by no means the best player in the PL. Chewy is a sensational player, btw.
The fact Mata is the best player in the league changes the fact Suarez is the best player in the league.
So if you valued him at that, you wouldn't get him. Simple.
