Officials were shocking & very biased towards Benfica.
Benfica were the better side but Chelsea hung in there and won in the end so credit has to be given to them for that

Good win for Chelsea as Benfica are a good side. But unfortunately the CL has totally devalued the Europa League/UEFA Cup as demonstrated by the fact that both finalists were knocked out at the CL Group stage.

It's a shame as it used to be a great tournament in the 70's and 80's. But the beefed up CL was always going to have an adverse affect on the other European competitions.

I think this tournament will be chopped completely in a few years time and all we will have is one big CL.
