Japanese in a scouse accent is an amazing prospect.
Moyes said he isn't for sale, but dodged about 3 questions that were asked about Rooney wanting to stay or not.
The ball is firmly in Rooney's court now.
The club have made their stance clear.
If Rooney wants to leave, he'll have to hand in a transfer request, again!
From what was said today, I still don't think he's entirely happy.
I think Rooney will stay. I've said it all along.
I hope it just gets sorted soon so we can get on with planning for the future.

Toast son ... Toast!!
I think he'll stay as well Darren although I would rather he left providing we got a decent fee for him and spent it wisely.
He's got a hell of a lot of work to do next season to get a lot of fans back on his side.
I'm not willing to take his poor attitude and poor performances any longer.
I agree, TRS.
Rooney still has a lot to offer, but personally I think our football is becoming a little stale with him in the side.
Selling him could see our football evolve and it's a prospect I want to see.
People are simplistic when looking at the prospect of Rooney's departure. They look at the stats and say we'll be much weaker because how many number 10's score as many as him?
Ignoring the fact that like for like replacements are not necessary for us to improve.
good post DTKF the crying that some posters do if anybody suggests we might be better off without rooney is embarrasing
people bring up the fact he's scored 200 goals in his utd career? so what, its what he does next season, not what he's done in the previous 8
Yeah I don't see how that is relevant.
You could say the same thing about RVN, who was better than Rooney, but also had a negative impact on the way we wanted to play and we were right to get rid.
Looking at Rooney's body type, he may not be the same age as RVN was, however, he probably has the same amount of years left in him at the top level that RVN then did.
He's staying... not sure why you guys are still even talking about life without Rooney.... it is abundantly clear that he is staying... 100% certain.
Better to just take the positives of him staying... He is a top player and might spark back into life, under Moyes.
Maybe Moyes will play a proper 4-3-3
Imagine this....
-------------DDG---------------
Rafael, Rio, Vidic, Baines
------Carrick, Thiago--------
-----------Kagawa-------------
--Welbeck, RVP, Rooney--
If Welbeck gets his shooting boots on, that team could destroy the league.
changing the subject DTKF
looks like those predicting the sudden demise of Dortmund may well be in for a shock next season Aubameyang signed already and looks like Mkhitaryan is joining aswell, they may well be as strong as ever if they can hang onto Lewa for one more season
I expect him to stay, but it isn't 100% certain is it?
Reading your comments about how you want him gone everyday are equally painful.
I really like the look if that team ji sung!
Mex, yeah I said Dortmund will still be good as they have a brilliant team ethic and good scouts.
It is a shame that they couldn't keep the team together, though.
Gotze has immense potential and I'd have loved to see him realise it in a Dortmund shirt.
Bayern are mugs.

"He's not for sale and will remain a Manchester United player"
Do you need it any clearer? If there was any chance of him leaving... Moyes wouldn't risk looking a fool by saying the above. He is staying.
I don't say I want him gone every day. If he stays then great, but I would rather see him leave.
I just don't think the sun shines out his aris and believe United can still be a top team, potentially better, if he goes.
Potentially better without him? You are basing that on what exactly? Blind hope?
Players like Rooney who can win games all by themselves sometimes aren't that common. We don't get a lot of these types of players. A lot of the ones we bid for usually opt for other clubs anyway.
He's not old or over the hill. If he has knuckled down as Moyes has said and gets himself properly fit again for the upcoming season, we'll have one of the best players in the country and Europe on our hands again. His record speaks for itself.
He's a genius when he wants to be. Even last season, where he was poor for the majority of it, he had some genius moments. Most of which included RVP in same move.
Another reason I don't want him to go. Him and RVP look like they like playing together.

What I think this means is we are not looking to sell him. However that might change if he officially hands in a transfer request and completely burns his bridges...
