Mcdermotts embarrassing excuse making..

If he is shown the door then Cellino will bring in a coach. The coach will deal with the first team and the whole club becomes disjointed. Brian should be given time, he unites the club from first team to youth and if results can come good then he will be brilliant for us.

Also, Redfearn is well respected among the football community, and you have no idea of the quality of the U17 and below coaches so you're comment on them is stupid at best.

This article is a simple "I told you so."

"The lesson of all this is that Leeds need people running the club from top to bottom who understand football and follow modern principles."

"Everyone from Mcdermott, to Gibbs, to Redfearn to the u10s coach, all need to be shown the door."

So, who could we bring in?.

Not forgetting they won't get paid!.

I agree with Pro.

We as fans don't really know when the internal uncertainty began. Also bear in mind we were near the top with a squad thin on ability, to say the least.

BeeMacDee is an intelligent man who is more than just a coach. Seeing what he did immediately behind the scenes is proof of that. The rest is opinion.

Irrespective of whats gone on off the pitch McDermott has been woeful. He's had more than enough chances. The ownership issue merely papers over the cracks.

Forgetting we still churn out decent youngsters? It's the way they are managed in the first team that damages them!

The ownership issue from Mad Pete to Rip a hole Bates to What do you do with a Football Club Gfh are the cause off the cracks, all could have done their bit!..

Mad Pete spent what he wasn't supposed to!..

Bates dug a hole and made it bigger!..

Gfh should have stuck to banking!..

One loved the club!..

One hated the club!..

And the last don't even know what a club is!..

Shame that, if they did they could beat themselves to death!..

If I was I was billionaire and was buying the club, would I keep him

Not a fooking chance, couldn't trust with transfers it and tatics

Also, for anybody that doesn't know, it has just been revealed what BM has had to put up with.

Hisham Alrayes has requested that all tactics and squad selections be sent to him 24 hours before a game to be verified, and by that I think it's safe to assume he's also had a say in some squad selections.

Who revealed it?

Yorkshire Evening Post have been handed the memo that was sent to BM post-Wednesday match.

Media bans, the lot.

All part of BM's defence by media. His time is running out.

There might be an element of truth in it but the instruction to sack BM was ignored. He's still here, even after Cellino tried to sack him weeks' later.

Safe to say that the request for team selection and tactics to be agreed before each game has also been ignored.

McDermott trying to shift blame. Again.

Anyone but Bates eh...?

As part of the new start for the club then yes I agree it's time for BM to go. Results/performances have been woeful since early December - hang on when did all this takeover stuff really start?

I'm not convinced by BM anymore, so reluctantly i'd say cheerio to the guy and bring in someone new. Fresh owner, fresh manager, fresh squad - get rid of the current baggage - start again from new.

But - the ars(e)holes who've been ringing and abusing him are way out of line - regardless of what anyone thinks, the guy has been caught in the middle of an utter fiasco. He's been the only one updating fans with whats happening - GFH certainly haven't. He's a the football manager - not the fecking club owner. In truth I suspect he's only concentrated 30% on footballing matters in the last few months - the rest has been politics.

For his own sake, it's time to move on. Whatever his shortcomings as a manager, the c(ra)p he's put up with has been embarrassing ................ shame on the ownership, not the manager in my opinion.

For the avoidance of doubt. The crowd that I've been hearing at ER in the last few months have been critical of many things - but not him. Most are aware of the bo(llo)x behind the scenes.

Who else would you get in?

I don't think there's a better manager out there that we could get in. I also don't think there's another that will unite the club through the ranks as he does.

Sorry but that utter s h ite

His tatics and transfers have been undefendable

Worst than warnock ????

Not much between them

Malky Mackay is kicking his heels at the moment ....... if the dust had settled and we had ownership resolved, he'd be a good appointment i'd suggest ......

BM is a clever conman,

I'm very reluctant to believe the abusive phone calls, first question is, like someone asked earlier, how did they get his number?

Brian did a similar tactic when he made a statement after coming back from being sacked.

He's conning people in my eyes, he's after sympathy and trying to get the fans to feel sorry for him.

Why now, why not earlier.

In a recent statement he mentions people are suggesting he resigns, his reply is no way, no way.

I don't believe he's the man he makes himself out to be, said it all along and I'm sticking with it, I'm also starting to suspect that Brian ain't all there cos nothing seems to compute with him.

The nice guy tag, it's a facade.

He actually believes, in his own mind that he's the man for the job and can take Leeds forward.

As for the letters from GFH, on one hand I can't blame'em, on the other, they handled it wrongly due to lack of experience, (not defending'em either).

Seems to me, he's ignored GFH, told Cellino to F off, won't resign despite the obvious, can't see what he's doing to the team, blames everyone and everything except himself (must'ave borrowed Graysons book) believes cos he did it with Reading he can do it with any team, seems obsessed with the Reading promotion, tries the sympathy card on numerous ocassions.....................and he can't see what everyone else, bar a few can see.

Sorry BM supporters, but he does not love Leeds United.

I would not be surprised if his bummchumm is advising either, they're too close.

Despite anything that's gone on behind scenes, Brian seems to play his sympathy cards at the right time, in his mind.

He's a facade, he's conning people.
