nope, the ship has sailed
No way busted flush and not worth upsetting Sturridge
You don't really need him though do you? as you have Suarez and Strurridge. I guess maybe you'd want a 3rd choice striker but would he best the answer hmmmm.

we have aspas at the moment so he could hardly offer less than him. At least he knows the club and would have to settle for being 3rd choice.
he will end up back at atletico anyway
No.
He would want big money and he was broken before Uncle Roman opened his wallet.
These were the sort of questions people asked when we were struggling and looking for some inspiration. We're doing neither at the moment, so no offence but a daft article IMO. We're in the CL next season, we need to be looking at CL standard players, not freebie has beens.....
If we took him back I guarantee he would score against Chelsea. Almost worth it just to see that

But he's awful. My point stands, it's the sort of signing people wanted three seasons ago and would now be a massive step backwards.
meant id rather borini play

You'd play him at DM over Lucas....

Besides, we have been signing plenty of bargain bucket players and doing quite well out of it. Might as well carry on now.

After your correction I retract my comment
I would rather take a punt on an exciting young player who could replace Suarez or Studge when required . This player may cost more money in a transfer fee, but would have a future at the club rather than a past.
Chelsea fans hate Torres, so I hope he gets another season. They deserve each other.
Nah....not good for the team. Remember his lazy games when he sulked? We cant have that, its a team ethic now and torres has proved he is no team player.

The thought of Torres tracking back is hilarious. There is non worse striker I can think of for our style of play, except maybe Altidore.

Berbatov?

Also, when a young player is bought then they maintain there value and can be moved on.
Torres will want a decent wage too. Why would FSG who are keen on reducing the wage bill want him bumping it up when his sell on value depreciates further?
