Class is permanent. Even if you showed a lack of it when you facked off.
Where is the sulky nowadays ??
He could go back to Man Utd now Fergie has gone.
Gets me thinking of the players we've had at the club. Tim is right too, no one with that spark at the club atm
Berbatov is rubbish 90% of the time.
But they don't show you that. It isn't news.
But when he does do something, then you gets to see it.
NO, you do not want that Woonk*r back at WHL.
He is disruptive both on and off the pitch.

I find that a strange comment. He always acted wig feat class and dignity for Man Utd, sat on the bench for a large part and still out his all in when called upon.
Don't you remember when Berbatov was here at the Lane??
He is a talented player.
But there's a lot more to being a footballer than ball skills. Its a team game and there are eleven me on your side, supposedly.
He was Mr. Sulk at WHL.
And when he was let on the pitch he was a downright lazy SOB.
We wuzn't good enough for him.
Best thing we ever did was get rid of him to United.
What a load of shiet, he was class for us and you can't blame a player for improving his chances of silverware along with his wages into the bargain.
We aren't a top club you can't expect any player to stay at spurs out of a sense of loyalty. The football club isn't loyal to any player if they see something better come along.
I could never see why fans hated Berbs but loved Keano?
Berbs made it clear he was going to move 2 years before he moved where Keane signed a new contract and a month later demanded a move
Which is worse I know what I think
One of the best players I have ever seen at spurs. Yes he was a sulky lazy bas. Tard but what a stunning player. If your a spurs fan and you don't rate Berba then you need your head examined

Not every player is a work horse. That's not his game style, he can produce magic from nothing just like that goal the OP is referring to and not many players can do that.
I hate when people expect every player to have stamina and work rate. Buy and play Milner then ffs. Also, he went to United, so what? We got £30m and he got silverware.
I've never understood when fans expect the unconditional love from players. It's their career and they have 10 years to win trophies and earn money.
Sorry but it was a disgrace how he treated the club and fans, never want to see him anywhere near a Tottenham shirt again
-------------------------------------------------------------------------
I did not say I wanted him back but are you seriously telling me he treated the club worse than Robbie Keane did?
Did he sign a new contract and tell the world he wanted to finish his career at WHL only to demand a move 5 weeks later?
No he did not, yet most fans happily welcomed Keane back with open arms when he returned after failing at pool.
I would not have taken Berbs back personally but I would have definitely not even have considered taking Keane back

They are indeed I just resent Keane more for signing a new deal and then doing an about turn as soon as pool put in an offer

He was past his best and we got great money for him and should never of brought him back
---------------------------------------------------------------------------
I could not agree more I did not go for the rest of that season I was so furious

In his defence, they were his "boyhood club" (well for that season at least) .
