So, let us identify the logical arguments.

1. The wing on the Red Bull Flexed
2. The wings on the other cars did not flex
3. The Red bull wing passed the standard FIA test
4. The amount of pressure placed on a front wing at speed exceeds the parameters of the standard FIA test

A wing can pass the test and still flex
