Juve aren't particularly flush. There's a school of thought that to fund any meaningful summer shopping spree they'll cash in on one of Pogba or Vidal. But ONLY if the deal suits them, ie a club offering silly money for one of those players.

Juve have pretty much been trying to tempt PSG into going for Paul Pogba since January, not sure that will come off now...

As great a player as Vidal certainly is, I can't see Arsenal moving for him. Positionally he's a very versatile midfielder, but he's not specifically what Arsenal need and to even tempt Juve into selling you'd be looking (imo) at having to offer £40 + million!

I wouldn't rule out Man Utd making a bid though, they're throwing money around like rice at a wedding right now.
