i always had you down as one of the more intelligent gooners
If we drop out of the top 4 it won't be at the expense of Liverpool. So carry on bragging on behalf of Spurs fans. God knows your own club hasn't had anything to brag about in a while
Are you advocating spurs for a potential CL spot now? could this be a 6th place finish for the mighty gooners??

"Are you advocating spurs for a potential CL spot now? could this be a 6th place finish for the mighty gooners??"
Be nice now Villa aren't going to finish ahead of us.
to be honest i am not really concerned about liverpool, they are still someway behind us both squad and team wise, especially with the likely additions of adebayor and diarra.
the team we have to come above is arsenal, who thankfully have made a poor start, which doesnt get any easier.
Villa will be lucky to finish above Wigan.
Bloody Blackburn

We are hearing what you are saying but it isnt getting any funnier. Enjoy your last season in the CL....make sure you get as far as you can as it could be a while before your back in it!!
--------------------------------------------
Same for Liverpool except theyre not in it, so get used to not being in it, you wont be missed
1. United
2. City
3. Chelsea
4. Spurs
hahaha, spurs getting in on it now. 18 months of turmoil at our club let you have a sniff of CL football, but normality has been restored at our club so you will be firmly back where you belong...with our "small club" neighbours!
as for you gooners...who else is going to leave that sinking ship before the end of august??
lol you got to laugh at liverpool fans getting on their high horse.
your clubs a joke mate... carroll for 35 mill... we bought our whole midfield for that. we have finished above you last two seasons, despite having an impotent strikeforce, and beat you home and away last season, including thoroughly outplaying you on your own patch.
none of your summer signings would get into our side, and i personally cannot wait until you come to the lane in a few weeks time easy three points probably
arsenal fans talking up spurs chances! you know things are bad for them when that happens!
as for the city fan above....after spending god knows how many hundreds of millions, you can still not be confident enough to predict a title win. suppose you need messi to clinch that one hey??
Face it fellas, we went through our 18 months of turmoil and you got no further ahead of us and that my friends......IS A FACT!

yes, above us for the 2 seasons when we were in disarray. Well done on getting NO further ahead.
Look at the top four odds and tell me who are BOOKIES fav's out of liverpool and spurs. They are not in the business of throwing money away fella!
You need to smoke more chronic. Chill Winston
Just seen the goals on MOTD and wenger is right BOTH were offside.Gooners should get a result against Udinese but will get zip at OT.
The Singing Flame (U5603)
As far as I'm aware it can't be offside if an opposition player plays the ball.
The second one is debatable.
------------
The second was is clearly not offside if you understand the rules of offside, which most Arsenal fans clearly don't.
The ball was played through to Meireles who easily onside, Suarez was not interfering with play on that ball. Then the second ball from Meireles to Suarez shows Suarez then clearly onside, absolutely no question, but Arsenal fans will follow Wengers lead and moan as usual when they lose.
I though Man U were bad losers, Arsenal take it to a whole knew level. You'd better get used to it though as it will happen more and more to u lot!
I happen to go with common sense and say the second goal wasn't offside. But the Laws of the Game do state:
'A player in an offside position is only penalised if, at the moment the ball touches or is played by one of his team, he is, in the opinion of the referee, involved in active play by:
• gaining an advantage by being in that position'
Suarez was in an offside position. He was gaining the advantage.
at the moment the ball touches or is played by one of his team
-----------------
Yes the ORIGINAL ball that was played to Meireles, who was not offside. Suarez had zero interference and had to swivel and turn to get into a decent position from Meireles pass, so had no advantage.
You need to watch it again as you are wrong, and the ref agrees!
Can someone tell me how second goal was offside??????
The ball was played. Suarez was in an offside position. Suarez gained an advantage from that offside position.
Anyway, I think it WASN'T offside. WASN'T!
The first one was though!
We scored two goals that were offside. So what! We will do what we want
First one was so close that the linesman couldn't have possibly given it offside.
To say that the second one is offside is laughable
red_man23 (U1669) - You don't have to touch the ball, you have to interfere with play to be offside.
Suarez was cleary interfering with play for the goal he scored, but so what? its pointless moaning about it after the event.
Wenger should be looking to blame Flimbsysong for getting sent off for the loss, not the ref.

So as the the ref gave both goals, in his opinion neither where offside? Glad we cleared that up and we now know they were onside!
