"Panic buy". That's United's policy this summer. The window-fitters who own the club, and who are in it purely for the money and nothing else, a position which I find insulting to the millions of genuine United fans, must be having palpitations.
But the real money now is with the TV companies, not the CL, that's the glory end. That United can afford to splash the cash, more than most other PL clubs, is a given. However, that's an awful lot of money spent. Success or the ignominious sack are the only options for LVG. Or is that good, old-fashioned wishful thinking?

No They don't, but points do, so you should probably keep quiet on that too.

I thought Falcao was signing for Liverpool? Must have got my wires crossed.
Are we feeling uncomfortable already, friends?

Add Liverpool, City and Arsenal to that list. All were offered Falcao but all decided against it.

you may awell buy a player for that amount of money.. Just imagine if he picks up another injury to his knee in a tackle against the likes of kevin Nolan. over a million quid a month in the treatment room
United have already stated that rumours of £345k per week are far wide of the mark.
I suspect that Falcao's actual wages are in the same ballpark as Rooney's. I'm not sure why Roo deserves big bucks and not Falcao tbh.

Yet they are spending large amounts of money to give the fans what they want and the Glazers need....a top side. They can afford to splash the cash and have done without even flinching
I just wish my clubs owners had a similar amount of cash to play with.
Falcao: It’s my dream to play for Man United!

Yeah. Especially Wenger. His reason for declining has absolutely nothing to do with money. The player just isnt good anymore!
