yes he shld...the main argument here shld be that once he's been found guilty of rape....why is the sentence so pitful....!!!!!

but yes....like all other released prisoners...he shld be free to seek a living again.

Yes, why shouldn't he?

Yes, next question

Think the issue is that he has shown no (not even a morsel of) remorse for what he did and is continuing to fight his innocence. How can you employ a man who doesn’t think what he did was wrong?

Just Daily Mail readers don't think he should be.

Considering Lee Hughes who actually killed another human being, was allowed to play football on his release from jail, then there's absolutely no reason why Evan shouldn't

Having read the website dedicated to his case there does seem serious grounds for questioning the verdict, especially when the other bloke involved got off scot free, and that there was no actual evidence to suggest that a rape had been committed. It is potentially a very poor miscarriage of justice, rather than a rape, as such.

I do think that he has done his time and should be allowed to resume his career - its not as if he does anything other than kick a football, at the end of the day. http://www.chedevans.com/

He should absolutely be able to try to find work again. However that is a different matter from asking "how could someone employ him".

Clubs have their own prerogative as to whether they feel they want their club associated with him and fans have every right to withhold their support if he signs for their team.

But he shouldn't be restricted from looking for work

Dont think the chant by the Sheffield Utd fans helps either

Interesting... because although I think he should be able to play again, I probably wouldn't want him at my club.

Imo as long as he apologises then he should be able to play for my club.

he might be telling the truth. what if she willingly went back, got smoked by em all and then felt bad n cried rape.

im not for 1 minute saying this happened, but it has in the past.

plenty of wrongly incarcerated people in prisons worldwide and have been hundreds and hundreds of cases in the past, some even getting executed wrongly.

Did one of the worst things any man could do, truly unforgivable, suppose he should be able to play football again but who'd want to hire him after what he did. He deserves everything he gets imo and if that means he can't play football again then so be it.

I doubt they'll just give him a contract anyway, surely he'll be taken on trial first?
