The only argument seems to be that the woman was "too drunk to give consent" hence he must have raped her. People can function perfectly well when drunk but may not be able to remember something afterwards. It is perfectly possible for someone who is drunk to queue for a bus, pay for a ticket, get off at the right stop, walk home, open the door with a key, go upstairs to bed, fall asleep - and then to forget how they actually got home. Reality is we borrow energy from our memory in order to function in the present situation.
He may have been convicted of rape, but this does not prove that he raped anyone.

I'm just basing it off the testimonies. The woman said she didn't remember a thing, and Evan's friend said she was the one that was making the moves, taking his pants off etc.

I know someone who had a similar situation. He was 17 and she was 15/16 I think. She made all the moves and bought them both booze but couldn't remember it so he got done for statutory rape, went to prison and will now spend the rest of his life on the offenders register.
