I don't know why this is being used as evidence. I have been able to walk 10m coherently when being extremely drunk, and I have been able to walk even more coherently when holding onto someone.

edin - this is the video evidence used to convince the jury that she was extremely drunk.

Of course, its all a matter of opinion, but in the clip she realises she's forgotten the pizza, goes back out for it squats down to pick up the box and then gets up immediately and returns into the hotel. I'm sure the majority of folk, if "extremely drunk" so that they couldn't remember much would probably have swayed, fallen over or struggled to get back up immediately. I know I would.

I didn't know that video was used 'for' her being extremely drunk, but I certainly don't believe that it can be used as conclusive proof that she wasn't very drunk.

Just know he was found guilty and like I said yesterday his behaviour at best was sleazy and disgusting and at worst RAPE

he made his bed and now he is laying in it and should of stayed in his own bed that night ,

What's absolutely disgusting is the amount of women who use the rape excuse when they regret their one night stand the next day. And this goes much further to explain the low conviction rate than rapists becoming experts in forensic science and leaving an evidence-free crime scene.

Which is why when a jury finds in favour of a woman who has TWO witnesses against her swearing blind that they did nothing wrong, i have absolutely no problem accepting with their decision.
The reporting and prosecution rate for rape is illogically low and a mere 6% conviction rate is appalling but entirely believable. On this forum alone the woman victim has been derided despite an actual guilty verdict from an actual jury.
