I'm not convinced Redfern is going anywhere soon. He'll only face the chop if we start having a horror season next time round.

Recent performances and results, and if we continue this way, mean he'll keep the job - why wouldn't he? We appear to have a balanced coaching combination - not renowned by any means - but they seem to be working well together.

I'll worry about any replacement if we get to that stage ..... for now we (appear) to have some much needed stability.

I'm more than happy with the job Redders is doing with the team on the pitch.

But I'm not sure I'd want him making 100% of the transfer/loan decisions if the Becchio/Wooton stuff is anything to go by, and is actually 100% true....because I'm glad whoever stopped the return of Becchio did so. And I'm glad whoever brought Wooton back did so as well.

Thing is with all the transfer stuff, Redfearn is just being a plonker.

He should know the score, do the coaching, win games and dont bother commenting in public about transfers as thats not your department.

I don't think Cellino is totally good for the club, far from it actually. But the club from a playing perspective is better now than I've witnessed for a while.

They may be quite low of that there's no doubt, but I form my judgements and assessments of standards, by sitting in the ground every game. I find that allows me to make an informed, albeit ignorant obviously, view of our team.

I really must stop going to games, and logon to every media outlet for my updates and thoughts in future .............

Not ignorant, just you give the club/owners a lot more leeway in the way they conduct themselves than I do.

I expect more integrity from the club, you expect less, just an observation of how things are.
