Just in from Hampden.

Much bigger crowd than I expected even with the youth ticket giveaway.

Fun family atmosphere that felt more like a friendly than a competitive match. Think the players felt the same.

Anyone know the official attendance at hampden today?

No unofficially I'd say about 40k.

Only the main stand wasn't particularly full

Hoping for a draw in ROI and Poland game but haven't seen anything from Ireland yet to think they can take something from this match, Poland technically better very good goal and finish from them puts them in a good position just defend and hit on the counter now, would be typical would have liked to have played them today as probably turn it on when we play them, need Ireland to at least draw or win tonight as they will need to win against us, puts more pressure on us to actually win against them in next game if Poland win tonight. Our performance was pretty average even though we weren't great in 1st half put ourselves in a decent position to score a hatful, but very poor 2nd half, bad goal to lose soon after going ahead, probably trying too hard and as Murnetti said hard to get in the mood when their isn't the same atmosphere as there was against Ireland in November, but to be fair to Gibraltar they played well took their only real chance well other chance was a fluke meant to be cross, but I think we were a bit surprised at their tactics, all the papers said they would just defend deep but they pushed their guys higher up the park and pressed us from our defence not giving us a chance to build from the back, unsettled us a bit at the start, and they also defended well in the main, also think Rhodes should have started, must be a nightmare when you see guys missing easy one on one chances game after game and when you come on and miss one chance under a lot of pressure as you know you probably wont play the next game even if you score a few not always easy.

Irish possession has been massive.

Scotland and Ireland should not tremble facing Germany and Poland.

Germany were very lucky to win 2-1 with us.

We should have beaten Poland in the 2-2 game.

Good result for us if stays that way.
