Well (in theory) it's an improvement on Hockaday or Milanic. Arguably more pedigree than Neil R.

He'll get my support until he proves otherwise, if that's who we appoint. But then i'd back Basil Brush if someone appointed them as our team coach. At the end of the day I don't care who it is, just as long as they can get the side playing well and winning.

Redders might try and go back to the academy. It's evidently in his contract that he can.

If I was him I would invoke that clause and let Cellino make the next move - then hit him for damages if he sacks him.

Surely Redfearn would not go back to the academy now....it would show a huge lack of self respect if he did.

Dont know if Rosler will be the answer or not, think he is better than Redfearn, never a fan only interested in himself hence the reason he got rid of anyone at the academy who posed a threat to him and for me he should have walked when his mate got sacked.
The problem is that Bates knew what he was doing in destroying the club and taking all the money out, this fella actually thinks hes doing the right thing, thats the problem with nutcases.

I do agree with LIW regarding the football at the end of the season, it was pretty doggy doo dah.

I like Neil, hes been treated badly, but im quite keen on some german efficiency arriving at ER.

Don - Redfern is not squeaky clean and neither is Ward. Both in it for what they can get I think but we are immune to this at our club these days.

That said they are experienced LUFC employees and will just be two more lost to the club whilst MC brings in ex furniture salesmen.

We recently lost Matt Diamond as well - who was running the (very busy) IT side of the club with one assistant. MC has decided to go Italian with this. Matt was at the club years and has been a hard worker. However I understand he was asked by Cellino to sack Thompson which he refused to do. Hence he's gone.

Hopefully Rossler will have some good back room staff of his own and a good number 2.

I like the idea of Uwe Rosler, some time back he was a pundit on a live match with Leeds and I commented at the time he'd done himself a good job of selling himself. He was extremely complimentary about Leeds and the club and was making all the noises you would expect from a prospective future candidate.

I would not be at all surprised that MC was on the phone to him shortly after that.

This appointment has probably been sorted and settled some time ago, the current goings on are just a blanket cover.



I like Neil Redfearn and would be sorry to see him go completely, I think he might just simply go back to the academy.

The reason I say this is two fold,

1. He appears really to be quite timid and funnily enough happy at Leeds. and

2. Anyone in his position recently who doesn't know what is going on, and hasn't gone out and found out what is going on to be honest should not even be allowed to hold a crayon let alone run a first team football squad.



I cannot believe Neil Redfearn has not been told what is happening and I don't care how many so called journalists say it. I really cannot believe he is that dim.

He's not "dim" Eric - he's just letting MC have as much rope has he needs to hangs himself with.

Stoopo was Matt Diamond the video analysis as i know one of the lads released last week and the call came from the guy who does that, fairly poor from the club, but as i said earlier MC thinks hes doing everything right.
