What did I tell you about Hernandez? Another thing that I got right. I said spurs should of signed Hernandez as a striker to compliment or be back up for Kane and you gave me so much s**. The guy he's scored 14 in 17 games in the bundlesliga. Apologies on a post card chronic

I gave you shiiiit because I don't really rate him much and I still don't. the whole point Is that we need a replacement for kane - i.e. contributes to build up play and all round game like how kane does. all hernandez does is finish and we don't play the kind of football he thrives on (crosses)

Although I agree we need someone similar to Kane (Austin) to have as an option when Harry isn't playing well. Someone like Hernandez would have still been a very useful player and much more accomplished than N'Jie who needs alot more time to settle.

would hernandez be happy with a place on our bench?

If he's scoring goals I doubt he would be. Kane can always drop at #10 and especially at the beginning of the season when Harry wasn't scoring he would have got the game time.

Needless to say, you would obviously lie to Hernandez promising he'll be our main striker in a 4-4-2 and once that contract is signed Levy will have his soul.

I'm still not convinced by Hernandez- you only have to look at Forlan to see someone who thrived abroad and not in the EPL (I know Hernandez had that one great season in England, but I dunno if he could reproduce that form here again). Like many I'm of the opinion that we need someone who can do what Kane does: score and bring others into play. Not sure Poch fancies Austin but confident that we'll have someone (my bet would be Depoitre) lined up in Jan.

I still want berahino and I know chronic will jump down my throat as usual but I think he will suit spurs to the ground. Would be a Perfect fit for us. Plus the westbrom fans on this site get on my nerves so will be funny to see how bitter they will be
