I really don't think it is representative of your fans, like all clubs who have big crowds, it would be surprising if at least a couple weren't racist. At least the club and fellow fans condemn it.

Just seen more reports:-
http://www.derbytelegraph.co.uk/Derby-County-respond-Brighton-player-s-claim/story-28356403-detail/story.html#ixzz3uCXvJlYn

Seems it was a Brighton player not in the squad but watching from the stands. Got to be West Prawn Stand. And it was their goalkeeper Stockdale who tweeted the allegation.

Thanks for the heads up Admin 1 👍

I thought this might be about homophobic chanting as it was almost constant from a section of the south stand.

Can't be doing with it Iwas. Ironically I said to middle-born during the match about the absence of homophobic chanting.

Think somebody has just got themselves banned from matches for life hopefully. How do they hope to get away with that inside the ground. Hope Derby throw the book at them.

Why didn't he point the person out when it happened. Instead of waiting until after the game. Stockdale has no right tweeting what he did without proof.

In an ideal world, probably. But if he said he heard it, I am sure most Derby fans would give him the benefit of the doubt that he did. Hopefully the club can contact the folk seated in the general area and find out.

There seemed to be lots of boo's when Bobby Zamora came on, wot was that all about ?

There was some pretty blatant sexist chanting from where I was sitting, Seat 1, East Stand in the Hebcroft. Mrs Heb soon put a stop to it though.

A Brighton fan tweeted a photo of the fans that were stood in the area where the racist abuse came from, he's pretty sure that the fella dressed in dark clothing and wearing glasses is the offender. Can any of you help?

Brighton fans have the effrontery to complain about one racist incidence whist there behaviour when leaving the ground on there supporters coach was shambolic to say the least.
There must have been 8 or 10 fans with the coach door open from Zanfish island to the ford dealer island shouting and swearing and abusing Derby fans with coppers escorting them on foot and by cars, and they did absolutely nothing, there were a few lads that very nearly got on the bus it was that bad,the coach should have been boarded and the fans pulled of it,near miss which could have turned nasty thankfully it didn't.
No excuse for the racist remarks ,but there fans are no angels from what i saw.

The Brighton fans going back to station calling the derby northern krankers. Hypocrites!
How are you RRdrum, still following that small team in London who's fans never travel outside London yet make out they are a big club

Backo, im getting sick of all this PC stuff, she said this he said that. These folk need to man up and grow a pair. If someone said something insulting to me I'd sort it there and then face to face and not wait afterwards and get a mate to tweet about it. What a pampered big time Charlie

I can't imagine Tyson Fury would say nowt and then tweet that he'd been verbally abused?

Or anyone with abut of courage

What are you on about Griff. So we should go back to the days of Love thy Neighbour then. Thankfully we have moved on from the days when black players were routinely racially abused. Perhaps you should move with the times. Can't be very pleasant to be in what is an essentially white working class enclave to be racially abused. Put yourself in his place.

Tyson Fury ?
Now there's a role model !

posted on 13/12/15

My gripe is he should have had some gnads and spoken up at the time, confronted the idiot or at least report it to a steward. I had an issue with a fan against Reading in the FA cup game when their striker with a name I'm not even going spell had the ball this idiot behind me was shouting us Russian hunt. Over and over again, now people might not see it as racist but I was the only 1 who spoke to him. I threaten to split his lip if he continued.

Ang, if I was in a pub on a Saturday night and Tyson Fury walked in and told me it was Friday, I'd have no hesitation in totally agreeing with him

Tyson Fury's a big girl's blouse, and you can tell him I said so.

Iwas might, he has an antipathy towards the travelling community.

I'd take advantage of the punch drunk knuckle dragger and ask him to pay me back the £1,000 that I lent to him.
If he claimed that he had no recollection of me lending him £1,000 I would tell him that I lent it to him tomorrow.
