Stretty has just scored his first correct point. Well done.
Also look at west hams dreadful Europa league run?
Are they actually any good at all?
Sorry, have I missed something, was their Europa league good?
Internationally known players like cab aye ffs
Yes 44 caps. Significantly more than Schniederlin has hasn't achieved anything in any league.
Who would have thought Palace would have midfielders on par with the great Utd?
Some might say the quality is clearly on a sliding scale of relativity but with a threshold at the top to the point the league is closing and the point more evenly shared.
Some others don't know the game.
Quick audit of the thread suggests you're the latter.

59 Knoyle Booked
12 Jenkinson
25 Henry Booked
37 Page (Pike - 93' )
23 Poyet
04 Nolan
39 Cullen
20 Maiga

Morgan has yet to fail at a big club. Cabaye already has.
He is failing at a big club now.

Not at all. He's a regular and performing no worse than a lot of other players. The style doesn't suit him, can say the same for the majoirty of the team.
Cabaye barely got a start at psg before promptly being given the boot for a cut price fee.
Seconded.
More to the point you can focus on Cabaye if you like but it's really quite churlish to miss out the points I made about Everton buying strikers for £28m or Stoke buying players from Barca. I could go on about the amount of teams that have broken their transfer records but what is the point?
It's clear you just don't "get" football.

So there strength in depth is poor?

Yes Morgan never played in a team with two dm's.
Oh wait!
He's just not that good and is a distinctly average passer of the ball. He has his uses and I like him but he'll never win the game what Cabaye has.
He's almost a regular in a midtable side that is one match away from being 9th.
True story.
They got affelay on a free who wasn't wanted and bojan who wasn't wanted either.
These are hardly the deals of the century.
Lukaku used up their entire transfer budget virtually, and they spent less this summer, so it hit them where it hurt. And they are worse now than they were before they spent that on him. He's a good player but buying him for that money hasn't improved them

Shame cabaret couldn't do that at a big team, he just flopped massively and barely got a game.
Wonder why.
Cabaye is not a defensive midfielder, of course he is likely to win a game more than Morgan.
So there strength in depth is poor?

Or they didn't care about Europa and played players outside the squad they would go on to use in the PL.
Cabaye has been playing dm for Palace. He's looked better than Schneiderlin this season.
Cabaye was never gonna get in that PSG team. He never should have gone there. He's a good midfielder, though.

All that shows is there squad isn't good enough to take all competitions they were in seriously.

Schniderlin - 14 starts in first 21 United games.
Cabaye - 16 starts in first 21 PSG games.
Schniderlin has been dropped 7 times, so to call him a regular and a success is pushing it a fair bit, is it not?

But most of the players in that XI are not in their squad, so you are making false assumptions. Again.

He isn't however, a top player. So it's not surprise he's gone somewhere like palace, where his ex manager was, and knew he would get games. Them bringing him in proves very little. A fairly good player went to an OK club. Tale as old as time. Yet rauben wants to make out this is some exceptional pierce of business that shows the smaller clubs are buying these great player. Right so they couldn't use proper members of their team, because they weren't taking it seriously because they don't have the quality to compete in 4 comps. Simple
I think it was a surprise, though. He's better than a lot of midfielfers plying their trade at top six clubs.
