Honestly not sure why the drop off in recent times.

No doubt we get taken for a ride regarding some of the foreigners we sign in England now, especially fee wise.

Some truly staggering fees paid the last few weeks.

our clubs have the money so thats it.
a staggering stat i saw from deloite accountants is that from the end of this season when the new increased revenue is shared out ALL 20 PREM CLUBS will be in the top 30 richest clubs in the world !

Exactly, but yet they don't play like it.

Message to Cinci

As a kitchen fitter, if somebody offered you £10m a year to slap a few cupboards together, don't you think that by the end of the third year you would be a bit lax with your nail gun?

It's human nature.

I take your point though, dunno whether i am just getting old but the footy in general is just getting worse, the euros were atrocious, but is that due to the money in the game?

Not sure why that would be the case to be honest and taking a look at someone like Ronaldo and it is clear he cares and busts his ass for the job.

Hurricane gonna hit Florida and then drag its sorry ass up the coast toward NJ.

Good news for me as it may bring a few tropical rarities with it

I was going to use terms like 'hammering' and glue gun but realised it was a lost cause.

You appear to have chosen a trade that enables you to go full postal double entendre in the style of Sid James.

In fairness it isn't my trade and hasn't been for several years.

Pretty much tradeless these days and more a full time birder.

It would be just my luck for Wolfie to get it full force right on his plantation and for the competition to be cancelled this year.

I do believe this will be going right over him actually and it is also bringing tornadoes.

He will be seeing some damage and plenty of flooding before it dries out in 40 minutes once the sun comes back out.

See, even your hobby is right out of a Carry On film.

"Just going out to peer at birds all day. Hopefully see a few wobblers, gobblers and tîttìes."

Went fox filming a few weeks ago with a slab of meat, a hammer, a tent peg, balaclava and some camouflage gear and a night vision camera.

This was at 2am and I didn't expect anybody to be around. Crossed the dual carriageway where I know they live and this young female walks towards me (drunk and on her phone).

It was the moment when I realised that I looked like I was carrying a bloody rape kit with me.

Since filmed them in my own garden.

Haha, yes, not the best of kit to walk up on someone with.

Really pleased to see that Boukari has been given a chance with his original club Chateroux after training with them during the summer.

Surely his last chance to resurrect his career after some terrible bad luck.

He'll play 40 games for them, come back to Wolves, sign a three year contract extension, walk out the office with his honed muscles rippling in the August sunshine - then break is neck slipping on a grape that fell out of Dave Edwards' sandwich box just as the ink dried.
