I don't think he should. With Vardys pace he should be a super sub from the 60th minute. If England make it to the quarters maybe start him against tiring defenders

I like the team but it could have been enhanced with Townsend on the right, he always does well for England.

As much as I'm happy for Rashford, he probably won't play and shouldn't have gone.

We only have two real wide men.

Rashford deserves to have gone. His stats are better then any other striker in the squad for conversion rate.

Can't believe I'm saying this but I'm happy with Hodgson's selection!

Dzagoev will be a huge loss for Russia. Not that he would have been enough to stop England today. Comfortable England win for me.

And Norn Iron tomorrow.

Not only that but his strike rate per game is much better then the other 4 strikers in the squad and his all round play is better.
