Yes, we are keen environmentalists and the term fossil fuels is not accurate, it is something used by the uninformed.

The point really is that we should not be the ones dictating policy and regulatory requirements. That should be the job of a democratically elected govt.

You know, the ones, the Brexiteers were concerned about in Brussels?

Or would you prefer corporations made regulations?

Is see Mark Carney is still trying to prove ot everyine that the forecast of doom he gave is coming true. The problem is rich people like him can make more money out of a recession that growth. He has 2 reasons for there to be economic problems, making money and proving himself right. As we all know these things can be self fulfilling as the market reacts to comments like this from people like him.

I'm not sure you actually listened to his speech...

I really don't get where this "everything is fine" part is coming from though, he's just saying it exactly as it is to show that he's competent, he's not said anything that isn't blindingly obvious to anyone who works even remotely closely to finance.

He is also providing what he is doing to mitigate the instability.

People are trying to withdraw their investments from the UK property market.
If they're having issues getting money back out of the UK investments they are not going to be in a hurry to put more in.

How does this affect you? It means there will be a slowdown in property development, all inputs from first drafts of planning, building to final administrative paperwork.

There's a lot of resource and jobs in that. From architect to brick factories, transporters, builders, labourers etc..
