No way we can afford to get rid of him, even if we wanted to.

This team under Clement and SM hit the top of the league.

There are issues with it but it has the potential to be top 6 at least. It has faults but I think we just need some common sense at our football club:

Manager, we need to make a call I have faith that Pearson could rebuild a team with a reasonable shout at promotion in the next 3 years. Not sure about staying up in the Premier. Do we wait that long though?

I also have faith that this team even with all it's failings could, set up the old way, have a good shout at playoffs this year and play attractive football.

With tweaking and a few ins and outs I think we could have a stab at promotion.

Board: Who at our board level has some knowledge and experience of football? Who's guiding our direction? What were the results of this thorough review that pointed to NP?

Who would replace him if we did say deuces?

I say get rid, see what players we can offload in non-critical positions.

Ludicrous to judge Pearson after 5 league games. Tonight was rubbish but that's no reason to start saying that everybody needs to be sacked. Pearson will certainly have learned a fair bit about his players so far this season and there will be a few, more than a few, he will ship out. Might take a while though.

The midfield is completely wrong at the moment. Bryson and Butterfield were again invisible and Hughes doesn't grab hold of the game. The balance is awful.

Pearson will turn it around, no question, if he is allowed to.
