The scoring stats are weird. Jokic and Murray got 34 and 35, four others got the remaining 21 between them. Surely can’t happen that often that two players have scored such a large percentage of the points? It’s 76.6% of the total!

Hell of a comeback by Minnesota. At one stage they came from 20 down to 10 up in the third quarter. Three wins on the road against the reigning champs as well!

Issue with the Mavs is that the Scousers are their Achilles heel. I’d rather see Luka and Kyrie win the whole thing but the Wolves could actually beat Boston

Were they posting similar percentages of the team total? That’s what baffled me the most. Their shooting must have been so bad.

They scored 87 of the teams 137 in one combined game (where Maxey got 50) & 88 of the teams 133 in another vs the Spurs - so not as high a percentage but they had those kind of games frequently so I wouldn't be surprised if they had some more.

Yeah it is ridiculous though, MPJ let the Nuggets down this series. He just missed a lot of shots & KCP was completely lost due to Ant.

Yep achieved even more in play offs by 22. It’s his time now, and unlike others he’s actually made it to post season every year and in nearly all of them he’s made it quite deep. So the slander he gets in unjustified

I don’t think there’s anyone I’d rather have the ball in their hand to take the final shot right now than Luka

Predictions for the finals?

I got Celts in 5/6

Celtic in 6 imo, previous exp in finals will count

Celtics in 6 or 7, they just have a better team.

Think the Porzingis fitness plays a bit factor, he provides a little too much for Dallas to defend but if he can’t get back to fitness/form/gets injured again then I think I’d predict a Dallas win

Celtics in 5

For Mavs to win I think they need to take game 1.

Celts have been kind of weak in the last two series but just played opposition who aren't top playoff quality.

It'll be interesting, Celtics have the potential to play at 10/10 level but just as easily can play 5/10. Whereas Mavs are more consistent around the 8/10 area.

Mavs are better in crunch time and have the best player in the series.

But Celts have an incredible starting 5, some of the better players to slow down Luka (he is unstoppable) and not a single weakspot in the starting 5 where you can hide a defender on.

I'm not a celtics fan, but when your worst player is probably Jrue Holiday - a player who was the 2nd best player on a team tipped to win the tile last year. With a team that is pretty maleable, best starting talent since KD Warriors.

Mavs have a better gameplan though, which is why they are so consistent since the all-star break + PJ Washington is an absolute gem. Best 3+D guy his size in the NBA right now?
