The wage cap will help ensure Spurs don't go bust. It's a form of running the club sensibly Robb.

Also this following orders nonsense is plain rubbish. The orders are rubbish and that's the main problem. So lingard can follow these orders, but the results and his performances and Joses are not good enough.

the lad is the very definition of mediocre in terms of what he has actually done

1 EPL goal all season, apart from navas (harshly) I cannot think of a worse attacking player that plays as many games as he does in the top 6

having said all this I have seen slight signs of improvement in the last 3 games, mainly in the form of him being confident in himself despite his limited ability

Isn't it pretty obvious why we pay so much for at least 2 of them in both Mkhi and Pogba. Both had outstanding talent or potential talent before they came and many other clubs around Europe would have had them before they joined us. Yes they may not have performed to the levels of their previous clubs but for one it is their first season in England. Martials season last season at least completely eclipses what lingard has done in his entire career. His level is hull, Burnley etc and his wages should reflect that
