it would still show up on the published accounts if he was taking money out, I think that's how they found out he was taking 3m out because someone at the AST found out by going through the accounts?

You then want others to prove that they are not taking money out but you want them to provide solid evidence and not "speculation"

Bouchard has a 0% chance. Would love Kvitova to win but Halep will probably win easily

Tony Adams is a legend at Arsenal but I cant help myself he has also some serious issues.

Didn't the deal to get the club prevent him from being able to do that? I'm sure the club shares can't be used to guarantee loans. Wasn't that meant to be one of the basic fundamentals of the structure post Highbury.

Of course not. 66% of Arsenal are assets that he has borrowed against in the past. I don't know how you can prevent that?

Jenius, I've no idea, I just vaguely remember lots of talk about how anyone buying in could not use club shares as collateral back when deals were being done. One of the biggest concerns anti stan fans had was a scenario which saw him using us to effectively underwrite a more expensive to run Rams franchise, placing the club at risk. I'm sure the anti stan lot were all told that this categorically could not happen as there were clauses in the deal which prevented it. I am going from vague memory now though.
