Mixture of opinions, seems those who were laughing at Liverpool are those who saw little of him. There’s a fair few Utd fans saying he looked a good player.

Yep. Most people who saw him could see that for the price it was a bit of a no brainer.
Don’t think many saw him becoming quite as good as he has, but the mocking was bizarre at the time given what we paid for him. Just goes to show lots of people on here are more about point scoring than actually voicing their genuine opinion

It was an Admin2 F-up i deleted the first complaint. No way was i boosting it. It came in a second time and Admin2 boosted it without paying attention. He was eating his dinner. By which point the damage was done. Genuinely wasn't intentional. You are correct there are many failed prediction articles.

It’s a stupid comparison anyway. Being down 3-0 at half time vs signing a player for peanuts aren’t even close to comparable.
What is more comparable is getting another similar prediction wrong, like oh i don’t know, how Charlie Adam is a far superior player to Luka Modric.

They were not right at any time. A game is 90 minutes. Thry were stupid and we laughed hard. Gobbing off at halftime, especially when Liverpool are playing is just asking for it.

We were 3 down against barca with the GOAT in the opposition team.
I doubt they will score at anfield unless they get some set piece.
We should be able to turn this around just like juve did last year.
