Bailly and Lindenoff are Utd’s best defender imo. Rojo, Smalling and Jones are average at best.

I said it at the time that this my opinion on this matter, based on what I have seen of the pair and read/listen to different opinions about them so far. Yeah, people have different views on the same subject, depending on their perceptions. I don’t go round and ridicule their views, because I think my views are somwhat superior and correct. That’s pure arrogance. But, this is to be expected from someone like you.

Nah I agree with you Conte, I don’t rate the others but I’m a big fan of Bailly when he’s on his game.

Unfortunately, Bailly has been injured for most part of last season. If you’re blaming Bailly and Lindelof, when the whole Utd didn’t turn up on the day then you’re grossly mistaken. This is a team sport.

Dunno what opinions you’ve been listening to to come to the conclusion Lindelof is one of our best cb’s, don’t know anyone that has said this until you. Most consider him our worst, with good reason.

Bailly has more of an argument, though I don’t agree as Jones and Smalling have been better than him since joining the club.
