Who did we have on the bench that could have changed the game?
Another major difference with the cockneys is that they’re bloody hilarious. moregreaves’ comments are like heroin to me.
We had the likes of Ferdinand, Fowler, Barmby or even Steve Stone who could've provided a more direct option out wide and at the very least a fresh pair of legs.
Probably wanted to keep our best penalty takers on.
Edin told me how much he hated Liverpool but that article is gross
Apparently someone found his twitter and there’s a post of his saying the Sun were right.

Prem back 17th June.
I’m finding some of the attitudes towards it quite funny, to be honest. Obviously fans are a really important part of the game, but this idea that they are the most important thing - and football is nothing without it - is really dumb.
I’ve watched football matches without fans. I’ve never watched a football match without players.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
I know you haven’t said otherwise. However this has highlighted how important fans really are.
I find the games quite unwatchable, even though I haven’t had the chance to watch the ones from the other day. It is also crazy to see how many away teams have started winning a lot more easily, which has undermined the fairness of the competition as well in my opinion. I think it has to go ahead as it is, but it’s very much like watching a move without a soundtrack/being properly edited.

See I don’t get that, it’s a bit different watching it without fans but hardly unwatchable.

I’d love it if they pay people to throw flairs in the Serie A games.

I also don’t care much about the German league and struggle to find the time tbf. Football fandom is one of the main things that differentiate football from other sport’s imo
Yeah but it’s not the most important thing.
And this is specifically with regard to watching it on tv, it’s obviously completely different watching live games in a packed stadium.
I just find it weird that football fans think watching matches on tv, without the sound of the crowd, is pointless.

What is the most important thing?
I’m a little bit looking forward to hearing what players and managers shout when the PL comes back. Can’t do that right now as my German is nicht gut
Also, one for skids. Have injuries got the better of Kante and his best days are behind him?
I guess he is also at his most useful in a two man midfield but he seems to have lost a bit of pace, and athleticism is crucial to his play.
The players. It’s always been the players.
I wonder if they start putting crowd noises over the game like they did on the American channels. It’s better as you can’t hear the players and they change the volume depending what’s happening during a game.
Hod forever god with a good article slating Jose
I’ve really enjoyed how quickly many Spurs fans on here have taken to slagging off Mourinho.
