What Chelsea did in the mid 00s is now against financial fair play rules

The only difference between Chelsea and Rangers was that it was Abramovichs money and it was the tax mans at Rangers

There were no rules being implemented by the SFA, SPL, UEFA or FIFA to state that clubs could not risk using a potentially taxable EBT scheme to try and have a bit more money to play with

This is the crux of the issue, and it precisely where all legal arguments are falling down

Same as the first, second, third and God knows how many tax cases. All relevant and up to date until new findings are revealed.

Why is everyone wanting this shower of incompetents to continue unchallenged? Why is anyone concerned about a review? Surely learning is moving on?
