@kylenabecker
Secret Service director Kim Cheatle, good friend of Jill Biden and believed to have been given the role because of Jill, didn't post snipers on the roof where Trump was shot at because it was a sloped roof and she was afraid someone might slip and fall.
—————
Sounds about right
How the f is this Cheetos lady in charge of the secret service? Under qualified but friends with Jill so gets the post
And don’t mean to necessarily blast women they just happen to be the incompetent ones in this situation, but there’s a video of one of the women secret service agents who when the shots are fired she fackin ducked and cowered to the floor ffs
And this was supposedly trump’s secret service detail at full heightened alert given the Iran assassination links.
Beggars belief, almost like it was done on purpose it was such basic mistakes/negligence it’s insane

She's been in the secret service since 1995 and has protected various VP's as well as moving up the ladder under different administrations.
For someone who moans about the blind following of the media, you seem to do an awful lot of it yourself when it's something you want to believe.
The last government prea he'd that the Rwanda deal was a serious deterant to refugees coming to Britain.
Whilst on the homefront, they oversaw no police on the street, not enough court staff to deal with the massive backlog of pending cases and prisons are full. Where is the deterant?

It appears as though the thought of being sent to Rwanda did have a marked affect on the illegal immigrants themselves as they seemed to switch their plans towards Ireland.
Plenty of anecdotal evidence supports this. I’m not going into the rights or wrongs of the now scrapped Rwanda plan but I will be interested to see what Starmer’s planned join up with Meloni comes out with.

However they do need to do something soon about car boot sales and the tool thieves selling the tools at then. Need to get tougher, ban power tools sales unless receipts
Additionally they need more police to try and stop the thief’s of them in the first place. Maybe setup much more stings like fake vans etc and then bait people into trying to break in them kill the khunts sorry I mean arrest the khunts
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Sorry Oscar, I just don't see the king ever addressing parliament about car boot thieves!
----------------------------------------------------------------------
I don’t mean thefts at car boot sales, I mean thefts of vans with peoples tools in and then the most common thing seems to be these thieves then re selling them at car boot sales as less regulations etc
And even if people lock their tools away and take them in at night there’s been loads of cases where as others said they still have attempted it so they have to replace the door and a new lock on their vans which is usually a cost below their excess / deductible so they’re still out of pocket even if they survive keeping the tools

Term limits, FULL disclosure of earnings, removal of non attenders/contributers, removal of hereditary peers, reduction in seats of the religious.

I’m genuinely stunned at why any tradesman wouldn’t empty his van overnight as this is such a prevalent crime.
Most vans I see have signage indicating there is nothing inside but I suppose it doesn’t stop every little thief from “just checking” and doing damage in the process.
Let's just put enough policemen on the streets, staff the judiciary, and other measures like that and see what impact that has before spending resources on these specific nitty gritty stuff IMO.
Oscar stimulating a proper debate
- sale of power tools should be more controlled but rhat won't prevent a black market
- theft is already a crime, having specific laws to protect one type of person causes division, it's better to just increase police powers/resources to raise all boats than use capital on one specific issue
Crimes like perty theft are very difficulty to stop or control individually. Progress (if any) would be short term unless accompanied by a holistic approach that makes people make better decisions or have better options than becoming a thief.
