That CCTV doesn't really change anything. The police officer still can't stamp on someone's head when they have been tasered and are lying prone.

I'd love to know which paradise Mamba lives in where the police shout 'Please stop that now' when violent thugs are assaulting their colleagus whilst trying to steal their weapons.
