Of course it's nonsense to even consider sacking him now, who wants to go back to the start with a new manager again? And who do we get in that would be a marked improvement on Klopp?

We have issues in the squad, and Klopps decision to not buy a CB has come back to bite him, but good thing about football is there will always be another transfer window.

Sunday was a pain but we lost to one of the leagues best sodes away from home, we won't be the only side Spurs beat well at home, but I'd say we're the only side who wil lmake it so easy for them!

Ings is gone

All managers are judged at the end of the season and what they can bring to the next.

What's the minimum expectation for Klopp to keep his job at the end of the season in the eyes of you lot? Does he need to get top 4 or if not, win a trophy?

Klopp's reaction to Sunday was good, might have taken too long but he seems to have finally lost the rag with this constant lack of concentration across the team.

He has to take a portion of the balme himself, but like on Sunday, we get to 2-1 and were doing well then concede that 3rd goal, total mess.

we score goals, the forcus should be completely on defensive transfers

Personally top 4 isn't the target for me, there are 6 very good sides in the league now so I don't think missing out on 4th by a few points should warrant him losing his job.

We'd have to completley fall apart for the rest of the season for me to want him gone.

Has to consolidate top four or at least be extremely close to it. 2 points off or something like that.

Sure he'd love to win a trophy but apart from the big two, PL and CL they don't show an awful lot.

E.g. Got to the final of the league cup and Europa league. He's not a bad manager because Liverpool lost both.

He needs to change style slightly to offer the defence more protection at least until January.

Liverpool have some really good players, then poor players, little inbetween so it's going to be tough for him but he will come good if given time.

14 goals in 9 league games this season and 6 in 6 since Coutinho came back into the fold doesn't suggest that you are the free scoring side some claim you are.

This season your finishing has been as big an issue as your defending, but everyone seems to be looking on your defending.

posted on 24/10/17

Also, you conceded 3 in the first 3 games, since Coutinho came back you have conceded 13 in 6.

Liverpool still need major improvements to be a Title challenger

A new No1 is required.
Replacements for Moreno, Lovren, Klavan, Henderson required.
An outright striker.

They should also clear out some of the deadwood, or loan them out to see if they develop.

Markovic, Flanagan, Grujic, Ward

Even if this season doesn't come together, he deserves another one because there is a feeling he will get it right.

We are having the same problems all our managers have had in recent years. Klopp says he is in charge of the budget and signings but we have a commitee and our net spend is still far too low.

From the team on Sunday only 2 players were Klopp signings which is not good enough -

Dalglish Signing -
Henderson

Rodgers Signings -
Mignolet
Gomez
Lovren
Moreno
Milner
Can
Coutinho
Firmino

Klopp signings -
Matip
Salah

He said he had a 5 year plan and we had a dreadful squad depth when he arrived. Next season we should challenge and then I will judge him.

Interesting, I had a look to see how many players he has signed.

Klopp has only made 4 major signings. (not including the Keita deal)

Salah and Mane have been outstanding signings.
Wijnaldum decent.
AOC the jury is out on him at Liverpool.

More backing from the board no doubt required.

That to me would be a worry.

With all the players he has signed, only 2 he feels are good enough to oust previous managers signings

Only a 30m net spend in his time at Liverpool

2 Finals, and the Champions league deserves more investment.

Doesn't paint the whole story to be fair. Mane and wijnaldum would have played were they fit so that's at least 4. Then 2 of the 3 subs brought on in Ox and Grujic were also his.

Can't believe top 4 guaranteed isn't a given judging by this board at the end of last season

For people to say they don't expect to finish in a CL spot smacks of hypocrisy, or pure 100% backtracking

I think most of us said we were 3/4 signings away from being a good team. We didn't buy the 3/4 players as usual. I still think we can challenge for the top 4 but ni more than that. We are only 3 points off 4th and had the hardest start to the season out of all the big clubs.

At least we don't say we are going to win the league for the last 2 seasons this early on the season like certain fans from a manchester club have.

See its easy to stereo type all fans
