I agree with Ginger that King has wanted out for a while. I think the other directors would be happy to see him go. I don’t think there is anyone waiting immediately in the wings to buy him out due to the loans that he’ll want repaid. From what’s being said, the directors can’t even agree who they want in as a manager, and don’t appear to have made any great strides if what possible candidates have saidis true. There’s no money to pay for a manager currently in work-would need to be more loans and as the accounts say they need £4 million just to see out the season, having to pay close to a million for a decent manager just to get him in for him to be told there’s nothing left in the kitty for new players looks like anyone worthwhile won’t be keen on the job.
Basically, you’re f@cked.
Discuss.

Not a snowballs chance in hell of Kennedy being an investor.
There is no “big” investor on the horizon. Doesn’t anyone think that Rangers need some good news? Isn’t this the club that’s as leaky as the holds were on the Titanic? And now suddenly they’ve shut up shop and not a peep is coming out when the fan show are screaming for just one little sign.
An investor invest for a return. Hence the term. What is the return on a debt laden club with a poor infrastructure and inadequate workforce?
Investors don’t invest for a love or a passion.
Sorry but there it is.
There might be someone who is prepared to put time and a little money into stabilising the club even further with a long term view to an eventual rebuild. That requires a basic reset of expectations.

Depends on what you mean by investor tbh.
If it’s just someone who throws a few million at the club then yes someone will take King’s position and it’ll cost. If it’s the idea that some shining knight will ride into town then ask why anyone would when there has already been years it could have been done and most importantly for what return?
We should see if North Korea will sponsor us much like Qatar do with PSG.
Imagine how good the flag displays would be then
Once they hear we refuse to talk to the BBC that should get them to the negotiating table.

There might be someone who is prepared to put time and a little money into stabilising the club even further with a long term view to an eventual rebuild. That requires a basic reset of expectations.
