Why does it have to be excessive force ? If youre putting him off his balance and not going for the ball then it's probably a foul
Otherwise why are you doing it ?

I should point out I'm well aware of the boundaries in which you can use the body and arms in football

But if you're learning into players or putting your arms on the in the penalty area don't be surprised if it gets pulled up

How many players grab at someone going through on goal and then let go before the penalty box ? Why do they let go ? .... exactly

My eyes are dry, couldn't care less what Celtic do. Just find the contrast in opinion towards referees quite funny but very much welcomed. I hope this rational approach catches on when they go against you as well.

To be fair to the ref, he does not get paid enough! Imagine if he had not given the penalty and lost his £1000 stake on Celtic to win. He wouldn’t have been able to afford to eat this week. Need to give the refs more respect.

For a brief few minutes they all thought our magnificent unbeaten run was was coming to an end.

Made it all the sweeter when we scored and the icing on the cake is that it was a soft penalty

It's a mans game played by wee puffs ...I get that

I love physical football but you need to be smart with it ...don't give the ref decisions to make

The Sinclair one , Sinclair made a mug out the defender ...he wanted to grab Sinclair ... Sinclair trumped him by going down
