there was that old partnership thing set up in 2014 that never seemed to do anything
Ah maybe that's all it was. Not suggesting this is the case at all, but would hate to think they're still involved somehow.
that thing was nothing compared to buying a stake in the club.
could it have have had some sort of positive into now investing? maybe.
Rad wont let GFH back in - he dont want rats in his kitchen
As long as you don't have a season like the 49ers did last season you'll be fine...
Do they have any left backs?
Be announced this morning officially
Looks like not going to be full takeover
Looks good on paper
Their investment, which is believed to be costing in the region of £10m for a stake slightly higher than 10 per cent, will be injected directly into the club and is set to be used to help fund United’s first-team transfers this summer. Marathe has already spoken to Leeds' players and head coach Paul Heckingbottom. Radrizzani will retain overall control and remain as club chairman, with Marathe - the president of 49ers Enterprises and executive vice president of football operations - becoming the fifth member of the board of directors alongside Radrizzani, Angus Kinnear, Ivan Bravo and Andre Tegner. The 49ers, five-times winners of the Super Bowl, are one of the most famous NFL franchises and were valued at more than £2bn by Forbes magazine last year. 49ers Enterprises is controlled by John York, the 49ers co-owner and chief executive officer. The purchase of a minority stake in Leeds is not believed to be the start of a bid to acquire a larger stake in the club. Sources close to Radrizzani say the Italian has no intention of relinquishing control and the 49ers are believed to see the link-up with United as a sporting partnership and a chance to expand the reach their global brand.

Wait for the conspiracy theories to follow, grassy knoll and 2nd shooter,
If monies coming in to spend on the team then it’s a yes from me,
If we are going to spend big then is PH the man for the job ? Think we all know the answer to that
Last time in San Fran people were very upset about 49ers moving stadium.
Along with kinnears experience of 2 stadium moves, 49ers currently playing out of Santa Clara, 45 miles from SF, there are some legitimate questions to be asked about our ground and it’s future.
And to ease people’s concerns
Fook all to do with GFH
Much as GFH tried to make noises about a "link-up" with the 49ers in 2014, no-one senior in San Francisco knew anything about it and this investment is unrelated. #lufc
To be honest, something needs to be done about the stadium.
Either rebuilt or build a new one

I agree. We now have 2 seperate parties with experience of stadia moves on our board plus Bravo has experience of building a new infrastructure.
