When Fulham offered £9m he publicly said that "we can't sell him".
Can you imagine the reaction if the offer had then been accepted?
Now we will be lucky to get half that.

Reportedly turning down a fee for him would have been viewed as we need him for the CL more than getting £9M for an improving player.
Him and his agent clearly thought they were big shots and are forcing Celtic into accepting a bid by refusing to play.
I said from early doors something isn't right. He played 3 group games in the World Cup. Last game was around the start of July. Look at the players in the Community Shield that had actually played in the World Cup semi finals.
He didn't need rest he was clearly expecting to be signed because he played in the World Cup
he's a professional footballer being paid thousands of pounds a week, his job is to play for celtic and he should do that.
Any team that has a player like this has to get rid for best possible price asap....be surprised if not around £5m or £6m at most now! Still a result
