I fully expected both Boyata and Rogic to put themselves in the shop window at the world cup and try to get a move.
It was an pleasant surprise when Rogic signed a new deal. However when Boyata didn't I knew he was on the way out. As did the rest of us. As did Celtic.
Not having a replacement lined up is a disgrace.

agree silver
his agents a whank, just out to line his own pockets.
if what he says is true though and celtic have not offered boyata a contract at any point (which i doubt) then how is that the managers fault?
yeah its exactly 3 months on and he hasn't signed that new deal
if he wanted to sign a new deal he would've last summer when he was originally offered it
I wonder how much he’d actually be looking for.
In fairness Samaras said the same
Lennon said he was offered a deal (assuming he was told that) and Sammy said he had not once been offered one.
wouldnt shock me with them tbh
theres blame at boyata, his agent, and possibly the board.
i'm not blaming the manager for this though, not in the slightest.

theres obvious tension between the manager and the board
the fact we seem to be playing everything out through the media is alarming especially for Celtic

i wonder how long its been going on though ghod, if the manager is speaking out about it.
i dont think its knee jerk tbh
anyway the fact of the matter is we knew he wanted to leave and never had a replacement lined up for him
that's the biggest kick in the stones

On this article I created re transfers from a Celtic podcast (most are correct so far btw) He did want to leave then had a change of heart. After the world cup his agent is pushing for him to get a move, i reckon he spat the dummy as his move to the cash rich EPL never happened

' Most are correct '
Doris de Vries - nope
Jozo Simunovic- nope
Tom Rogic - Nope
Erik Sviachenko - yes
Charly Musonda - yes - not the most guarded secret
Moussa Dembele - nope
Paddy Roberts - yes but this was the end of his loan
Stuart Armstong - yes ...yaaaa
i'd have more sympathy if he didn't down tools ghod, for me thats inexcusable.
"aww i'm ok"
not what your agent and the manager are saying there dedryck
i've never rated him, he is poor but sadly our best.
i'd bit the hand off for 9 million.
What does Lee Congleton do ?

boyata got injured up the dancing and celtic fans are not happy
he is the best player they have and they want him to play through the pain barrier
I just want to know why he wouldn't want to play?

Honest answer: Celtic paid 4m pounds , allegedly, to install a new lighting and sound "experience" at the stadium to be enjoyed on CL nights. Meanwhile they baulked at 2,75m for John McGinn...now of Villa...and are out of CL. Sort of sums it up.
