Pogba and Lukaku are lazy though. Same as Berbatov and Ozil who are/were lazy to and got abuse for it. Berbatov
Secondly you can't really care bullard to lingard etc. Two pretty different eras where twitter, facebook etc were not half as prevelant they are these days
—————————
Greedy/lazy here refers not to on the pitch playstyle but how they are perceived off pitch. Not committed, bad attitude, the same rhetorics that all tie in with each other and are a common perception of all the players I mentioned.

if the media hate black footballers, then why dont rashford, dele ali and lingard get the same treatment

who said its just about footballers, look at other sports, and there's examples of double standards everywhere

The twitter thread alone is more than enough to show how wrong you are python, and when so many high profile black players are saying it then it gives the argument some real weight.

----------------------------------------------------------------------
Oh some high profile black players said it so it must be true
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Well yes, what gives you the right to speak for them?
Why not listen to them, their experiences and actually aknowledge the problem so many speak of actually exists.

To me, and I may be worng here, but I don't hink you're black? So how can you claim somethign isn't racist when you have not suffered from it?
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Who said I am speaking for them. And just because I have never been racially abused doesn't mean i know nothing about it. Your whole argument regarding the media fuelled racism is pure speculation. Are you speaking for the journalists who write these stories? Do you know their intentions?
Or is the same old anything said against a white person is just seen as having a go and anything against a black person is clearly racist

It's the attitude that bothers me most, people who have no abilty to experience what is being claimed completley shut it down like it's not true. Complete self indulgent, I'm right nonsense, and makes them look so close minded.

Python's comment "cause some high profile black players said it's true" completey proves the above, of course Python knows best here, not the people who are or have experienced it.

You're a complete joker mate, have a word with yourself, and listen to people who are dfferent to you when they speak of the ir experiences.

So was Wilshere
Tevez was seen as greedy with a bad attitude

I'm actually starting to think python that you simp0ly don't understand how the press are framing all these stories, like it's that simple you lack understanding of context, narrative etc.

I hope I'm right about this.

And many other black players have receved simlar press, but none to the level Raheem has, and what's worse is it's particular papers, already known for their agenda that prints these stories.

I went out of my way to keep on listening to the show regarding this matter on Talksport because I wanted to hear both sides of it. The journos who were trying to defend themselves sounded weak - Leroy Rosenior phoned in and joined the discussion and made them look daft.

1. Shopping in Primark - Cheap skate
2. Buying a car - flashy
3. Not engaged - long suffering girlfired
4. Referred to as footy idiot with no base to it

I can go on and on.

...ok. Winston Bogarde was also seen as having a bad attitude. Why? Because he did. But with the players I mentioned, they are seen as having a bad attitude due to nothing really. Lingard and Pogba changing haircuts/doing a planned celebration suddenly means that they have a bad attitude, they're too flash, they're too into street dances, and that's where it stems from.

i don't think you actually realise you've given examples of players that were hammered in the media for actually being greedy and having a bad attitude, or did you think this was going to somehow prove your point?

sanchez, rooney, tevez, criticised rightly for holding their clubs to ransom

the other 2, reports of not training, smoking etc

when since his move to city has sterling really done anything bad, do any of those example of players you've given been criticised for shopping somewhere? Regularly hammered for buying something expensive?

That's it Kaz, the only half bad thing is the "hippy crack" which makes laughing gas sound like a death drug, it's completely not.

Python won't or can't see the differences, honestly think he doesn't understand narrative framing.

No you haven’t you have used whataboutery and when shown proper examples you dismissed it as is your style.

You have been consistent in your behaviour.

The pfa has come out and said he’s been unfairly targeted because of his skin colour by the press.

I suppose they are wrong but some gammon from hazel grove knows better about the treatment of a black man and his racist experiences.

Not the way it works lad.
