“So Luke Shaw, how did you celebrate becoming player of the year”
“Two Big Mac meals, cream of sum yung gi, a chicken madras, 14 mars bars and a pint of monster. Taking it easy, seasons not over yet”
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Haribo was his snack of choice. He used to get his mum to park near the fence at Southampton's training ground and pass his packets through for him during training there.

You can just imagine some of the players doing that Haribo kids' voices in the players' dressing room
Says a lot when we've conceded nearly 50 goals and been awful defensively and Shaw n Lindelof are going to win the two awards.

It’s around their mental age and capability I bet.
I was thinking it might be easier to pick the worst player of the year.
Has to be either Matic or Young. Lingard in with a shout.
Greenwood u18 player of year
Chong u23 player of year
As expected

Matic definitely not been good but not in worst 3 for me.
Young
Lingard
Sanchez
OMG!
That starting eleven 💩
Has to be the worst United team in the last 30 years?

It probably is.
We put out one worse than that once and beat Arsenal with it. The twins were in a midfield with JOS and Gibbo.
We beat them 2-0 with 8 defenders on the field.
That might well be the game where Pogba decided he was off to Juve.
Valencia's departure will be sad but acceptable
Mata's departure would be sad and regrettable. Hopefully he remains, at the very least as a coach.
Herrera can just fook off.
Only regrettable that he ever arrived.
IAmMe
Great assessment as ever.
Sanchez has to be the worst out of the lot. What is he good at? We're in the same situation with him as we were with Rooney. Except, with the wages his on, we'd have to pay him off to get rid of him.

Been one of our better signings in these poor years for me. He's not deserving of that stick. Always runs his balls off for us. Out win rate without him this year has dropped 35%
