Santo is a good shout

Nuno would be my #1 choice. He's got a solid system, nice style, knows how to spot a player and knows how to improve them.

Nagelsmann seems promising but I have a feeling he might struggle in a completely new setup where he'd have to work a lot harder to win over a squad of players with bigger egos.
