Me too.

£4M won't buy a decent toenail, never mind a decent player.

Lampard. Not to say I think he is the Messiah but we seemed to be overall heading in a good direction before this all hit the fan.

Martin O Neil.

My bad, 2 Wellies, I should also have stipulated 'no irony, even at the expense of the Red Dogs'.

Don't be daft

Only definite immediate improvement on Lampard would be Benitez................... which won't happen.

That was meant for 2W.
Why on earth would we want a 67 year old who is way past his best.

Mr Houghton for me. The only option if FL goes.

I just want it sorted. So fecking bored of the whole saga.

Well if he and his staff report back to training on Monday as is being reported, as well as his odds now drifting, it will be another pie in the face for DCFC after all the nonsense of the last few weeks. I would welcome him staying but not to have to go through all this again next year.

The irony is Tommo that we want to be successful but that success will only bring more speculation. Mel knew that would be the case when he appointed Lampard.

Frank Lampard. It is a work in progress and should not be stopped until it is finished.

Roy Keane 7/1, I'm not sure which is worse?

It like being asked which particular type of STD you would "prefer" to have.

Not quite as bad as the choice for next Prime Minister though Scouse. Like going to a restaurant and finding the only two items are $hit and vomit.

I got 13-2 on Forest getting relegated yesterday, wish I’d done it a week ago as their odds got slashed as soon as they sacked MO

tommo, I'm sure Strett will take a private bet that they'll be champions at the end of August?

Yeah, but will he pay up?

Why all the negativity around Darren Moore? I thought he did very well at west brom, almost oversaw an incredible survival in the prem and was safely ensconced in the play offs at the time of his, for me, inexplicable sacking.

Good Evening Harps. The reason for the negativity is that after Frank the majority of fans are looking for a truly iconic, stellar choice. No agreement on who this might be. But he has to be a striking prospect.

Yes. Darren did well at Derby as a player and recently as a manager who was ridiculously sacked. But he is not of enough star quality to fill the Lampard sized hole.

I hasten to add I don't feel this way myself but I would be open-mindedly disappointed by such a choice.
