Yes we deserved to win,we scored 1 more goal than rangers,just thought i'd try and explain that to you you mutant,enjoy the hangover
For me yesterday was pretty simple.
On the balance of play Rangers were by far the better team and should have won comfortably.
However Rangers couldn't put the ball in the net and didn't deserve to win. Defending is as much a legitimate part of the game as attacking and Forster was undoubtedly terrific for Celtic yesterday.
Celtic had one effort on target and it was offside so they clearly didn't deserve to win.
Neither team could have had any real complaints if it went to extra time and penalties. tbh

Nearly right
We did deserve to win. We scored where Rangers couldn't, despite having 19 (yes 19) chances. Forster was superb as was the rest of our defence and when we went down to 10 men we dug in with Brown in amongst everything.
For over 35 minutes Rangers had an extra man and looked utterly clueless resorting to pumping high hopeful balls into our area for the rest of the afternoon. They actually looked beaten when Eddie stood on the sideline waiting to come on and in typical fashion that served them well over many years thought they'd put a marker down and clatter him first chance in a non threatening area. Result a free kick and bang it's in the net.
In fact we should have put the game beyond doubt when Johnson was put clean through one on one. An uncharacteristic miss there.
Should have, could have mean nothing. Your team have no spine and no character which epitomised itself in abundance yesterday.
Would I have been shocked if Rangers had won? Absolutely not. Was I surprised they didn't? Absolutely not. Did Rangers do enough to win? Clearly not. Did Celtic? Absolutely.
I don't expect you guys to agree.
But it was encouraging that Gers were by far the better team.
Certainly more encouraging than watching the pumpings dished out less than 2 years ago.
I've heard these things even themselves out.

It's water under the bridge now.
Positives are that Rangers played well and were unlucky not to score with some great chances, Ryan Jack first half for instance. Missing a penalty too. Forster had a blinder.
Gerrard tactics and choice of subs after going a goal down and having a man advantage were not good.
I think hooking Morelos and putting Defoe and Stewart on after 60 mins would have been a good move in the right direction. Clearly Morelos had his fair share of chances by then and had not taken them. Time for a change etc
Shame we did not have Davis , but that's life.
I was impressed by Ryan Jack again.
Strangely enough, I have optimism for the next old firm game at park head in a few weeks. Based purely on the control we had in the game.
Tactically I think Gerrard was poor in the last 30 mins yesterday.
Celtic improved with Eduard on for sure. Would be interesting to see what impact on Celtic if Eduard was to leave Celtic in January or the summer.

To be fair for the most part it was Morelos that created his own chances
He has great movement and strength , he's a smart player in many aspects of his game

My tactical advice for Morelos going into yesterday game would have been, have a few shots, but at all times look for someone in a better position than you, IE Kent or Defoe.
You could be more direct and say, you never score against Celtic and get frustrated and waste good opportunities, so calm it down and create opportunities for others, not for yourself unless there is nothing else on.
That advise might have had a better out come yesterday.
A tip for Stevie G - please play a centre half who has an Aeriel threat, such as katic.
