The Tory party being a mess shouldn’t detract from just how effective their propaganda machine is. Unfortunately there’s only so much that can be done whej up against that type of influence. Especially with a populace that is so susceptible to being conned. It’s sad, but it’s the way it is until people start to educate themselves better on the issues.
----------------------------------------------------------------------

Thankfully this is happening with younger voters apparently.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Yes but when young voters grow up and get married, kids, mortgage and golf club membership they vote Tory.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Yes, they become old selfish bitter and miserable, we know.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Guilty
----------------------------------------------------------------------
guilty of the golf club membership...
----------------------------------------------------------------------
I’d say selfish for sure. Miserable not quite, the golf sorts that out. To easy going to be bitter about anything
----------------------------------------------------------------------
I'm so where you are...

Why should it be the easiest win in history? Thr Tories have ramped up the propaganda and division to epic proportions. Brexit, the most divisive topic in the collective consciousness, beint at the forefront of that.

You’re really underestimating the sphere of influence here. If you’ve paid any attention the last three years, the campaigns, and still can’t see the ridiculous levels of disinformation and lies to influence the public from the Tories then what else can I say?

The Labour party could, and should, be doing better but ultimately they’re fighting with one hand tied behind heir back due to the difference in influence through media.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
This is it mate, the last few days show the tories up for what they are, liars.

How people don't see this is beyond me, how they do nt see the tories first priority is the rich, when it's so blatantly obvious boggles the mind.

So arrogant its unreal... Try some humility and stop thinking you are some kind of genius
----------------------------------------------------------------------

It's a fact, the media is disproportionately in favour of the Tories from the newspapers to Sky, all owned by billionaires spewing out Tory propaganda.

Weare how do you feel about the fact that 82% of tory Facebook posts in the past few weeks have been proven, by fact check UK, to be lies?

posted on 10/12/19

Honestly I'm still on the fence

Leaning towards conservatives but willing to be swayed towards labour

However, sizzle makes.me.facking despise anything labour related

I would imagine Labour would have the same kind of score.. Wouldn't surprise me and that's the standard of mps we have today.... All. Lying fks and anyone who reads a manifesto and think 95% of that is getting done they are kidding themselves.... Prob the main reason I won't vote this time.. Sad thing for Labour is that if they had chosen David milliband they would be walking this by a country mile by they went extreme and went for corbyn and abbot.. Called it on day one that he's unelectable and you will see that on Thursdays when the worst government for ages gets a clear majority.. You wouldn't listen

I can't vote mate I'm not British

Kneerash, yeah it’s the worst worrying aspect of where politics is going now. The influence and lack of policing on social media in particular.

Donald Trump and Boris Johnson can lie and lie and lie and won’t be held to account because they’ll just deny and lie some more. And people actively cheer them doing this.

I'm irish, I wouldn't normally be so invested in a British election but this one will have direct impacts on us through the outcome of Brexit so it matters to me.

Rightly or wrongly the reason Labour are not miles ahead of this very average Tory collective is because of Corbyn but I appreciate that people who like him will wait until Friday before accepting that he has been the problem.

The essential thing for Labour is to get the correct leader next time (Starmer) but whether their NEC, Momentum, the unions and their lefty studentish members can be trusted to learn from this experience is another question.

Both sides will have extreme people, I just look at how the tory party have and do operate and think why would someone vote for them.

However politics is predominantly a local thing, vote for your local MP who you feel best represents you, thing is this election is all about the cult of the leader unfortunately.
