Think you forget the team that got slaughtered at Old Trafford cause of injuries.

Freddie loves his u23 players. He wants to give them chance in his last game. Older players didn't deserve to start. I would do the same.

Its a good team. It is one that says "ship up or shape out" to the "big names". It is one that says to the kids they have a chance.
We may not win, but at least it gives a lot of players a boot up the 'arris ahead of Arteta taking charge for real.

Or it gives Freddie cover for his disastrous stint as manager.

Freddie doesn't need "cover". He was a stop-gap, who took over a team in awful form and with awful morale, and has done a job.
