If Griffith's can convince me then so be it

I don't wish for him to falter , he just readily does it

And yes I accept I probably over scrutinise his game now more than most but I've noticed how bad he is for a reason I feel

He's probably benefitting more than Edouard is in this partnership of two up top if truth be told

SjB, he's scored some absolute belters has Griff, mostly on his own up top in them but he has adapted to a certain extent to play with Eddy, I'm grateful for what he has given the club, playing wise over the years, know the family quite well and he isn't the sharpest tool in the box at times smarts wise but fair enjoyed that vid of his goals

feel like we are a bit ropey at the back in the first half, but if we can get past that then we seem to kick it up a notch in the second half.

Griffiths has scored some important goals it's true, but I think the club have been very good to him as well, and I like that.

i'll be honest before the move to 3-5-2 I thought he needed a make or break loan deal.

I do however agree that there will be players who are better up top with Eddy but he might be gone before we could get them in.

The club got it fckin spot on with Jullien btw, yes he's had a few shaky moments but what a signing he's been, given that big money was paid.

i'm curious as to how Ely would look up top with eddie btw.

no doubt we're ropey at the back

the high press last night in the first half we were constantly giving the ball away even big Forster did

Jullien telegraphs so many passes man but at other times his passing is spot on

Agree , terrific addition

Big games he's been excellent

Thought he was outstanding Lazio away

he doesn't like plastic pitches and competing against big strikers.

other than that I think he's been terrific.

Think he likes to be squared up to a player , he probably could play that role but you wouldnt be playing to his strengths
Can we get dembele back ?

Aye he's far from perfect but overall he's been a good player for Celtic and doesn't deserve all of the critism.

He's giving us another option and it's allowing Eddy the space to absolutely flourish.

Finishing wise Griff is still well off his best but if he can get back to that I think we'd have a very potent strike force.

So who thinks we'll stick with the 3-5-2 for the Copenhagen games ?

I thought that same, couple of months ago I felt it was over for Griff, he really needs to take this new opportunity.

I like Ely, but for me he's actually another guy who's a bit greedy in the final 3rd, reminds me a bit of Commons, I think his first instinct is to create space and shoot.

I think Christie will be the guy who chops and changes between Griff, and Ntcham as he can play both roles.

Ryan Christie played a pivotal role in our first 6 months.

I think he'll be used sparingly for the next 3 months though.

Unexpectedly enjoyable evening in the pub last night. Didn't see a Killie comeback happening, for all that Rangers seemed to drop way off it in the 2nd half. Messi-esque finishing from O'Donnell. Did think we'd put a few past the Jambos once the 2nd went in soon after HT. Playing well and giving Lenny a few selection headaches. Picked up 2 tickets for 'Todders on Sunday as well (forecast looks "interesting" ), and my Copenhagen tickets arrived this morning. Happy days.

BTW, Stevie G's post-match interview ... Asked where the defeat leaves Rangers in their quest for a first league title since 2011, Gerrard told BT Sport: "Very, very tough. You've got to look at the form of other people that are relentless right now." Other people?! Would it not just be easier to say Celtic? 'Sakes.

Its not lazy at all, at a vital time in Rangers footballing history they went with a big name to excite the fans and make sure bums were on seats, when they could have went with an experienced manager who had been there and done it. It is proving to be a mistake.

What had Wim jansen won in Scotland

he won 2 Dutch Cups with Feyenoord and had decent first team managerial experience.
