I had this so just set up a new email account and new LUTV account.
I had similar before the Fulham game. Logged in and out of LUTV several times and no joy, so just rebooted my machine and it worked fine.
I'm wondering if it was something to do with my cache details and rebooting forced a clear of it.
Thanks guys. He's not very computer literate and it's difficult trying to explain stuff to him.
I'll ask him to re-boot his tablet and try again.
He did email support this morning but hasn't had a reply yet.
Well I got a reply just after the game finished.
Basically saying that the game isn’t being shown in Spain or the UK and they “hope this helps”.
I replied saying that both he and I watched it. Him in Spain and me in the UK.
Utterly useless!
To update - he got a reply last night from a different person telling him to log in with their password then reset his own.
All was fine after that.
