I think Ole is the wrong man with the right philosophy. He should/could be our DoF if he was given a degree of autonomy that excluded Ed and Judd.
I don't for a moment expect that to happen. I suspect that Poch will go to Man City and in 4 years we'll be saying "remember when Poch was available and we got Phil Scolari instead" just like we did with Klopp.

I’m not sure Ole is the nice guy behind the scenes. A few of his ex-teammates and players have said he’s got a fiery temper.
I think Ole has the right strategy when it comes to rebuilding this club. Nobody can’t say he hasn’t brought us on leaps and bounds since the dark days of Mourinho. However, I don’t think he’s quite there tactically. I don’t see him being a success at United as long as Pep and Klopp are around.

So it’s strange that the fact you’ve used to discredit other managers is their winning % 🤔
Because they are better coaches and I enjoy the style of football their teams play. That’s why they’d be my preference.

What happened with Ashley Young? If you believe the papers young spoke to lukaku and wanted out because of the "clans" at UTD.
A strong manager doesn't allow clans to affect the team. Under SAF players disliked each other but if it affected the team they were gone. If not they stayed and played well together (see cole and teddy)
Ole is a genuinely nice guy always has been. Even as a player he was mr nice guy. It could be argued that if he had a mean streak he would have left utd rather than be a part time player
Who was it in the papers saying Giggs is ready to take the UTD job?
Mark Hughes said it. He’s just hoping that it’ll continue a policy of hiring ex players and that it’ll eventually land on his lap.

Ed’s incompetence is one of the biggest reasons why the club need someone better qualified to manage the team than Ole.

Because they are better coaches and I enjoy the style of football their teams play. That’s why they’d be my preference.
I don’t think we’ll appoint any of them, however, as Pochettino will probably get the job. But I prefer their style of football over Pochettino’s, even if Pochettino’s probably a better fit for the club’s needs.

You don't know what you're talking about.. Ole isn't a nice guy. He's great with the press, but believe me he has a nasty side. Just ask Ashley Young.

What happened with Ashley Young? If you believe the papers young spoke to lukaku and wanted out because of the "clans" at UTD.
A strong manager doesn't allow clans to affect the team. Under SAF players disliked each other but if it affected the team they were gone. If not they stayed and played well together (see cole and teddy)
Ole is a genuinely nice guy always has been. Even as a player he was mr nice guy. It could be argued that if he had a mean streak he would have left utd rather than be a part time player
