You’ve all been Wahl’d

........

What does this mean?
----------------------------------------------------------------------
It means I've won the argument regarding Leeds being a club or not.
----------------------------------------------------------------------

You couldn't win a cuddly toy at the fair!

Do you even know one of the greatest nights of the club you purport to support came against Leeds, when they were the best team in the country at the time?
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Yes I did, it was 50 years ago, its irrelevant now, nobody cares abou it anymore

Stupid logic there kid.

when was the last time a world class player signed for 'big club' Leeds?
----------------------------------------------------------------------

Why do have such a pathetic obsession with big clubs?

What relevance is it?

Does it make you feel more important and empowered because you claim to support a 'Big club'?

But you're wrong, doesn't the fact that not one person agrees with you, start any bells ringing in your head?

After all it's that empty the echoes must be deafening!

And about this 'Big Club' thing you're on about, can Anyone tell me how a big club gets sold for £1?

How do you know all the world class players when you don't know where Leeds is?

A world class manager decided to manage Leeds.

Ok well we're gonna have to agree to disagree, I think Leeds are a small club, as evidence by their 16 years in the Championship. I suppose we think Norwich and fulham are big clubs too?

Wahl, they’ve won league titles, made European cup finals, made CL semi finals and have a great ground that always averages large numbers even when they’ve been in lower leagues.

If we're saying (mostly) championship clubs are big clubs, then surely Norwich and Fulham are big clubs. Burnley and Crystal palace must be giant clubs given how many years they've been in the PL

Ok. and when does the credit they get from all that run out? 16 years in the championship not enough?

Just because a club was poorly managed for a short period which had catastrophic financial results, they don't suddenly become a small club. Its taken Leeds a while to get back to the PL, but they are still a big club.

Norwich also made European Cup games

I think they have beaten European Giants Bayern Munich at the Olympiastadion, Munich by 2-1.

Just saying!

Villa are a bigger club than Chelsea for me. If not for Roman Chelsea would be in the Championship or maybe lower. They were in a real mess before he came in.

True but that was the uefa cup and a vastly poorer Bayern side in the 90’s. Leeds were competing with the best in Europe. Have won league titles in various decades and in the early 2000’s assembled a great side. Just a shame their owners got greedy and the whole thing came tumbling down. But since then their fan base have been there every step of the way I’d imagine Chelsea fans wouldn’t be.

How is 16 years a short period? What is a long period then?
